2005 PO401 code

Well i have got the famous egr code,and i had a few questions..I noticed on the 05 that the dpfe sensor is made into the egr valve itself so im assuming i need to change the whole vavle as i cant change just the sensor..I have found one that is about 1/2 the price as the dealer and was wondering if it would be ok to use..This is an 05 4.0..Thanks in advance for the help..
