2006 explorer back door stuck

the door is stuck will not open not sure if its the latch or what help help thanks lol lol

well i have tired to use key to lock and unlock it and that's bout it didn't want to damage anything

From what I have found is the latch is a common problem and usually it does not fail suddenly. In some threads it was the cable for the handle. I could not find how to access the latch to unlock it. can you tell if the lock motor is working? or if the handle for the release is loose or if it feels like it's not engaging to release the door?
