2006 Explorer rear seat motors are inoperable.

I have raised the rear seats no more than 6 times since I bought this vehicle in 2006. Tried to raise them last week, no go! Went to Ford dealer and tech rep said both motors frozen and inoperable. Would lack of use cause this problem or is there some other issue at play here?

Welcome to this forum! I've renamed your thread, and moved it into the stock 2006-2010 section. Take the seats out, test the motors with a 12 volt battery or a booster pack, and grease the tracks.
