2006 Explorer Limited passenger front passenger seatbelt locks when being used and just driving along and not using the brakes. It has to be unbuckled, retracted all the way then re-buckled. After a little while it locks again. Have to repeat the process. Is there a fix or does it need replaced? Is this covered by the safety warranty?
