2006 Ranger 4x4 problems

hey everybody I'm new to the forum but I hope I can get some help. I have a 2006 ranger sport 4x4. On the 5th of this month I changed my pilot bearing, clutch, press plate, and slave cylinder. I also changed tranny and transfer case fluids. before doing this change everything in and on the truck worked fine..... but now I have no 4x4 and a check engine light with the following codes... p0453 ( FTP sensor circuit high voltage) and p0446 (EVAP canister vent solenoid circuit malfunction)....... What happen to my ranger... and do these code have to do with 4x4 not working. thanks for the help

Those things shouldn't have anything to do with each other, or with a clutch change. I'd start by checking for any damage to a wire harness around the transmission. Or pick one and start diagnosing. When you find the problem with one, you;ll probably find the other one too.
