2007 Explorer How to run bluetooh microphone wire in headliner?

I want to run the microphone for my stereo/bluetooth to the overhead console. How do I get it under the headliner? Is there anything on the internet with pictures? Thank you for your help.

you have to take off all of the trim panels...means you need a panel pop and some tools.

its not hard...just takes some time.
