2007 mountaineer 4.6L p050B code help

Suv is throwing a p050B code . Listed as cold start ignition timing performance. Code was reset and will re appear within two ignition cycles. My mechanic said they would have to diagnose the problem at 90$ an hour so I'm looking for any info on where to start with this code. Google searches say it could be anything from ecu issues to airflow restrictions. Does anyone have any info about this code or any ideas on things to check?
