I’ve had to replace my power steering pressure switch twice now , the first couple times it was leaking from the o-ring portion that screws into the line but now it’s leaking through the connector that plugs into it . The brand I’ve been using is carquest. Has anyone ran into this before ? I noticed the silicone portion that goes around the wires into the connector is slightly pushing out . Is this something wrong with the connector or is it just a crappy after market pressure switch ?

Does anyone know the motorcraft genuine brand part number for the power steering pressure sensor switch? I can’t seem to find it online anywhere , some places show it but are contradicting

I picked up a Napa Eclin brand one and it seems to be working fine . Knock on wood.

I know that you have the NAPA one but if I need a OEM Ford part and can't find it on-line, I just stop at the local Ford dealer parts department. They have always been cool about looking up parts. I even told them that a time or two that I found it cheaper on-line and they discounted the price.

The Napa one has been working great so far . Thanks I'll try the ford dealer thing next time if it gives me trouble again
