2010 Exploer does not have an electric fan

I'm surprised that the 2010 Ford Explorer does not have an electric fan. I thought by 2010 they would of gotten rid of the belt driven fan and use an electric fan.

I believe they did swtich to an electric clutch for '06-10 though.

yup, witch is one reason why im not looking to hard to swap in a electric fan.

the electric clutch works pretty well for keeping it spinning slow/keeping drag down. but yea i still would like to get rid of it

06-10 explorers have electric clutch fan (the clutch activated electronically)

For me is more reliable and better in heat dissipation and I like it this way

Though there is a small electric fan work with A/C
