2011 tuning questions

So from what I'm finding nobody makes a tuner for the 2011 3.5 na due to fuel rail pressure? Is there a reason you can't put a 2012 fuel rail and fuel pump on a 2011? Would it really be that simple?

Livernois Motorsport has a tune for the 3.5L NA but I can't say for sure if it includes the 2011 for the reason you gave.
