2013 ex doors lock so you cant open them

His is going to sound really dumb and I am sure there is an easy fix.

Somehow my settings changed on my ex w intelligent access. The rear doors now do not open from the inside or the outside when locked. I need to press the unlock button from the drivers door to get the doors to be able to open.

Does anyone know how to get this back to normal.
My child safety locks are off...

What does the owner's manual say???

Check the left menu under Vehicle --> Locks and the AutoUnlocking feature (or something like that)

Does the front passenger unlock?
It is unusual to just have the two rear doors remain locked.
Perhaps you should chevck your Owner's Guide and reset the lock/unlock procedure as HughCares suggested in a round about way.

I got my Explorer 2014 XLT with leather, backup camera, automatic lift trunk, moon roof and 20 inch wheels....im leasing for 3 years...crazy deal

i had an issue with the rear passenger door not opening from the inside or outside, i brought it in and they fixed something by opening the panel of the door, dont know what they fixed exactly, but something came undone...not sure if its the same case with you...good luck
