Hello All -
I've read the various threads on here about replacement liftgate seals, but none of them addressed my specific seal, so I'm pretty sure that I'm not repeating an old post.
I've searched the internet and can't find anything showing a part number for the upper seal that attaches to the top of the liftgate and forms against the top of the liftgate opening. It seems like a fairly simple seal that just form fits along the top of the liftgate and pressure seals against the vehicle. I'm sure that dealer will probably charge $50-$75 for a $5 strip of rubber.
I haven't experienced any leaking into the cargo area yet, but my seal is starting to tear and I want to replace it before any leaks do start.
If anyone can help me before I go the dealership, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.
