2013 PIU rear window and steering wheel controls (experienced owners needed)

Behind the air bag is a clock spring and the wires connected to the steering wheel. I doubt theese are disconnected but you could check. It seems to me that it is some kind of programing issue. Im curious myself so i hope you figure it out.
 






Still trying to figure this out. Any help is appreciated.
