2014 power steering module no communication but has power

hello , in need of module/electrical guru, working on a 2104 piu that has lost communication with the power steering module(have power at rack), the hvac controls nor the blower motor work, advanced trac and traction control are not working either, I hooked scanner up to it and pulled multiple codes, just curious if anyone has seen this with a failed bcm or something of the sorts or may it sound like I'm looking for a damaged wire somewhere, thanks any input is appreciated.
