I ordered one two months ago and Nevada dealer unable to produce order confirmation # or any production information, says $1000 deposit is nonrefundable, what are my options?

Did you sign anything that says non refundable? If not, you get your money back. Worst case, contact credit card company and dispute it, your credit card company will side with you if they don't have anything with your signature on a "nonrefundable deposit" receipt.

After calling customer service the dealership emailed me their order sheet and I have a order number, bad news is it's "material hold" due to my request to change the interior color to ebony. Thank you all for your responses.

I have never heard of a deposit being non-refundable. I am fairly sure that it is illegal for dealers to withhold deposits. Good luck with your order.
