2020 PIU Hybrid Driver seat reinitialization

Good afternoon:

I'm working on a 2020 PIU Hybrid, the driver seat will not travel fully back in the track. There is no obstruction in either track. It
will go forward past the normal stop. Records indicate it went to the dealer for the same problem and the technician had
reinitialize the motor. Can someone share this procedure?

Yes it’s under warranty, thanks. Small fleet, trying to prevent a Dealership call downing a vehicle.

You will need FDRS software to program, unless...... Forscan has addressed that section yet. I would recommend trying Forscan or maybe a friendly call to the tech at a dealership for some insight
