2020 PIU weird steering wheel noise ,please help

Hi.
I recently got 2020 PIU runs perfect.
The only issue I am facing is a weird grinding noise from steering column when I turn.
I am posting a video of the noise
Please ignore engine noise.
Please help me diagnose what can be the problem here and how can it be fixed.

I'm only guessing but I wonder if it could be the electric power steering. Keep us posted.

It has the electric power steering indeed but what could be the reason of this noise. Bad motor or gears ? Is there a way to lubricate to eliminate the noise?
