2022 King Ranch price a good deal?

Hello all. I am in the market for either a King Ranch, Platinum, or possibly an ST. I have been able to find a better deal on a King Ranch over all. We don't necessarily need a 4x4 as I already have a 2020 F150 super crew lariat 4x4 sport. I would really appreciate any feed back. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

idk what parks plus charge is. rest looks to be slightly less than sticker which is best you can do in todays market. im sure its going to go to hell in a few months and you wont be able to give them away though.
