Some how the seat belt on the second row passengers side of our '13 Explorer has twisted and is uncomfortable as it crosses across the person sitting in that seat. How do we untwist this seat belt?
Sometimes this happens in my '05 Explorer or rifle slings. You need to fold the belt in the correct direction where it loops through the retaining buckle. Not easy, but should be possible. There is a little wiggle room to do this.

This happened to me the other day on a non Ford product. All I did was twist the seat belt into the proper position, extended it completely out till it hits the stop, and then let it retract back into the housing. All was then good to go. Maybe this can help you too. Good luck.
