I've been search for a thread out here on the the 2wd Ex Coil Spacer and the Bolt Length. The stock bolt is not long enough to fit the f-150 spacers on it.
Has anyone actually done this????
Some one wrote that it needs a 3/4" x 10" Grade 8 bolt. I have been to several autoparts stores, hardware stores, and Home Depot with no luck.
Another person wrote that you can use a stock bolt from a 97 f-150 2wd.
Yet another person said use the 4wd bolt from the same year. However, from the Ex manuals, it appears that the 4wd doesn't use one long bolt, but two bolts, so that wouldn't work either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
