Timing chain in my 98 Mountaineer decided today was its final day, fortunately right after it fired up, not while running down the road. Started up *bang* and died. Will most likely have at least one bent valve and-or pushrod.
I want to get rebuilt heads on the way before I take things apart so I need the casting number Ford used in 1997 and 1998. I've found plenty that say 1996 and earlier.
