I want 32x11.50 but don't know if it will be too much to turn over on my 96 ohv v6. The tranny o/d light flashes whenever I tow and shifts hard while towing due to it being in limp mode. The light flashes because the truck shifts out of o/d alot while towing so will the bigger tires put enough strain to mAke this happen every time i drive interstate. Should I just stick with 31s

Why not fix the tranny issues before buying tires? What happens when the tranny gives up the ghost- tires are useless then... :)

You shouldn't be in OD when towing anyhow...

What axle ratio do you have?
im running 4.10's with 33's and lets jsut say passing gets a bit scary at times.

I have whatever is stock. I haven't looked onto tranny issue because it only flashes and shifts hard when I tow so last year it happened 5 times in 20,000 miles. I let it cool off for a few hours and back to normal. I'm just thinking the stress of the 32s will make this happen every interstatedrive

Fix the tranny first.. The extra rolling mass of 32s and your tranny won't be happy.. Plus you'll need to regear probably

regear to 4.10 or 4.56. and don't tow in OD.

I ran this size on my old truck (OHV) and didn't have any problems, but my tranny had been rebuilt already. And that was with 3.55 gears. Needless to say it was not fast but was not annoyingly slow either
