any resolution? My blower works fine and my system pressure is perfect, the relays are fine and so are the pressure switches. My AC clutch is just cycling on and off sporadically and the air is not cold of course. I'm thinking the control panel needs to be replaced? Help me out folks, Summer in South Miami is NO JOKE!!

Low charge probably. Have it recharged with dye added in to help find the leak.

The r134 pressure is not the problem (rechecked with real manifold) I put it on a real scanner tool. Everything seems good except something is causing voltage to reach the relay in a sporadic manner. It seems it may be a problem with the control panel. I jumped the relay and the clutch stays engaged and it blows cold. When not jumped, it will stay cold (clutch engaged) at first but then the voltage begins to flip-out at the relay and the clutch engages and disengages like crazy and then wont engage at all...then engages for a second...etc...even with the AC selected to OFF. Only problem with the jumper trick is, I have to remove the relay after each trip unless I wire a switch up to the relay until I buy a new control panel...but I need a schematic to be sure.

I feel your pain.

Working for Dade County on Virginia Key.

Have you tried setting your selector to Defrost to see if the compressor will stay on?

Analog panel with buttons or is it a touch screen?

Press the defrost button to make the compressor try and run.

Compressor should engage when defrost is selected.

It could help localize the problem.
