4.6L Engine Owners with Plastic Engine cover: Part #?

Hey all... My wife's '04 Monty did NOT have the plastic Engine cover over the TB & intake..

Ford wants me to provide a VIN to get a diagram. I am looking for the cover & any brackets required to install it for a lil custom project I want to try.

Does anyone have a minute to get me a part # off one of the plastic covers? or If you have that "V8" cover on your engine can you PM me your VIn, in confidence, so I can search for the correct diagram?

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

I can look at mine when I get home and see if there is a part number on the plastic cover.
