I don't know if there are other videos or instructions for the 4.6L engine's timing chains and tensioner but THIS ONE is very good. It's actually part 1 of a three part instructional video and you can find other other two video from there. Also, there are a couple of good tips regarding valve cover removal.

Yes they make good videos, the 2x4 trick I used that (with an improvement I devised).
