4hi and 4lo lights blinking on dash

Now my 4hi and 4lo lights are blinking on dash. My dash looks like a xmas tree with check engine light, battery light and now these blinking. I decided to make another thread just for these lights blinking problem

I'm taking care of other things but today these lights started blinking. Any common known failures or why it does this? Also I havent tried flipping 4wd switch to try 4hi but I go offroading a lot but haven't tried switch yet.

Use the search bar. It helped me a ton when mine did this for the 1st time. There are many possibilities that cause the hi/lo light to blink. The blinking is just an indicator of a problem that has been detected. It can be as serious as a mechanical issue in the transfer case to a minor issue like a slow to engage slide coupler in the front end. Could even be a false sensor reading. My light flashes normally in the winter when I'm driving in snow and ice. I have the brown wire mod with the on/off/on switch in my '95...leaving it in full 4wd instead of 4x4 auto will get a reaction.

Fixed. Disconnected battery and hasn't came back on. I took it for a short drive and still not on so it should be fixed
