hey everyone, im new to the forum but i have used it before to do research before i do repairs on my x. im having a problem with my 4wd low. when i turn the switch on the interior it will go from 2wd to 4wd auto no problem but when i turn it after 4wd auto is engaged the light will stay the same and nothing happens. if i turn the knob straight from 2wd all the way to 4wd low no lights come on. could this be a bad switch or is it wiring? i have a multimeter to check power outputs if anyone would happen to have a specific wiring diagram. any help is much appreciated
***i figured out the problem, i needed to go to neutral first. i dont have an owners manual so i didnt know to do that . still, if anyone has a wiring diagram that would be great. im thinking of running separate switches instead of the knob on my dash.
