I need some help. I have a 97 Explorer 5.0 AWD ive bene playin with over the past 2 years. I did a custom K&N intake set up with yet another custom duel exhaust set up. I figure all in all i added 25 to 30 more hp over stock with those 2 alone. Plus i got alot of serious sound outa the motor(droped cats) yes it still runs and didnt throw a check engine light even shaved almost 2 secs off my quarter time. ran a 16.8 at the track. I still wanna go faster and this spring im goign to see what a power programmer 3 by hypertech can do, if anyone has tried em in the past on a 5.0 plez email me an dlet me knwo how well they work and if they are worth it also i cant find a performance set of plug wires anywhere. I would like a 9mm set if i can get it, but cant find anythign for a coil packs set up, can a universal wire kit work if i use the same connector ends that my old wires have or what? Plez email me if anyone can help me out. Also headers do i have to have em custom made or what anyone make em?
