hi all. I'd really like to get a cat back on the explorer. I have been doing searches all day, and found bits and pieces of info on different exhausts, but not alot of definitive answers.
I have a couple of questions maybe you guys can answer.
Is the Gibson Cat back really a 3" from the outlet? I've seen some complain that it was only 2.5" inches. It seems kinda pointless, and certainly false advertising if it's not 3". Any definite Yes or No here?
What size on the two inlet pipes going into the stock muffler, 2" or 2 1/4"?
Can a flowmaster 50 series SUV dual inlet, single outlet be use (physical size) with a custom 3" outlet?
I emailed Bassani, they said no kits for the 99-01 Explorer V8. I wonder what the difference is in the exhaust.
