How is she running -

I'll start:

Plugs - Bosch (forget part #)
Oil - Mobil 1 5w30
Oil filter - Motorcraft brand
Air filter - K&M
Tranny Fluid - Mercon
How many miles - 78,000
How is she running - Runs great. Sometimes sluggish when punched hard at start. May be a MAF issue.

Plugs- Bocsh Platinums
Oil- Mobil 1 10W30
Oil filter- Mobil 1
Air filter- K&N
Tranny fluid- B&M Trick Shift synthetic

runs better than new, uses little if any oil.

Motorcraft double platium plugs

Motorcraft 5-30 Oil (would use Mobil 1 5-30 but the truck has 98K and previous owner used Motorcraft 5-30. It does not even touch oil so I have continued to use it.)

Motorcraft filter

Motorcraft air filiter

Mobil 1 synthetic transmission fluid (wife and I tow a travel trailer)

98K miles, runs great!

Good luck. Great engine. Mike

Plugs - Motorcraft Double Platinum
Oil - Castrol 10W-30, but may change to either Mobil 1 or Amsoil 10W-30
Oil filter - Motorcraft FL-820S
Air filter - K&N
Tranny Fluid - Mercon
How many miles - 89.3k
How is she running - runs great, and now that i will now have money to change to synthetic fluids and work on the exhaust system, she will run better.

oil kind that ford put in it stock
plugs kind that came in it stock
oil filter, whatever came stock (seeing a pattern here? :) )
air filter kkm
tranny fluid.... ford stock
miles 69,8xx
running: slowly but surley

when I got the truck I was under the idea that if I kept what was in it to begin with.. and kept it under maintanence using these parts that it would continue to run as it did when it was new.. live and learn huh
