my brother just picked up a 91 mercury tracer 
for 100 from a buddy of his. Everything looks fine, all he needed was a starter. Now the only problem is that the breaks are extremely squishy, for lack of better word. He has already gotten a new master cylinder, and the problem didn't change at all. if anyone knows what this could be caused by, help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
