91 pushrod 4.0. Can I put 5.0 1.7 aftermarket rollers on it?

I have a set of 1.7 RR that I had on the Mustang, and thay're not being used at the moment. I was wondering if they would work on a 4.0? They made the 5.0 rev much faster, and I'm getting depressed about the lack of balls the Explorer is giving me. Can it be done?

But talk with Doug904 he sells a full roller valve train for the 4.0's, BTW 4.0's already have roller cams
