I'm having a problem with the cold idle, and have had it all summer!!
even with a warm engine I still have a idle I have to kick down, and wait
for it to slowly to come down.
New parts are: IAC- TPS- plugs/wires- air filter- cleaned intake- fuel filter-
All hoses have been checked- sprayed around intake no leaks- vac mod trans-also checked that hose- checked linkage/ok- pcv valve.
I did notice this engine does not have a EGR valve, or a place where it
might have been. This only happens when I start it up, warm or cold, and sometimes a little trouble kicking it down. Otherwise runs fine!!
Any thoughts, I heard it could be the Oxygen sensor, Idle is not really
high when I start it, just always at about 1200 rpms and have to kick down.
