'92 Hard Starting

92' with 6cyl. Have to pump the gas 20-25 times to start cold. Also sometimes when the engine is warm. However, more times than not, when the engine ie warm, it starts on the 1st turn of the key w/o pumping the gas.

your fuel pump is probably shot. It is probably loosing pressure overtime slowly. It's a common issue. Try cycling the key a few times (off to on, off to on, etc) and then try to start it. If it starts up quicker, then you probably just need a fuel pump
