93 Explorer Radio

well, I just upgraded my radio and sold the old one on ebay(was a stock cassette deck) well the guy I sold it to says it doesnt work now.. I dont know what they have for vehicle(im assuming explorer too). But what I do k now is this radio worked. it was awesome I just needed something with a cd player and a lil more thump so back to my question what would possibly be the problem?

I guess it is possible but god i pack things so well. i'm just trying to figure what else it could be. the guys got the same year exp' as mine except its an xlt. I wonder if he has the built in amp? because the radio would be different then wouldnt it?

well, he said the radios are identical and he plugged mine in and nothing happened. I just barely pulled that radio out of the EX a few weeks ago when i put my cd player in. he went on to say something about his adapters or wiring may be messed up.. if they're the same year etc... no adapter would be needed? just some things dont add up quite right.

That IS a possiblity. Have him send the radio back and you can test it out yourself to see if it is bad.
