94 explorer break problems

We have a 94 XLT 5spd 4x4 that has been having breaking problems. When you hit the brakes very hard, it always pulled to the left and shakes/vibrates. Now it also is doing it to the Right at times. We were told the ball joints/wheel bearings were bad so we had them done.
Nope still does it, not as bad, and not every single time. Thats whats confusing us, its not consistant.

Once in a while you will hear a squeek. Just not very often. Suggestions would be great.

sticking calipers ?? whats your brake fluid look like ? brown??

also maybe a locking hub problem (not an expert tho..many here are) ...but if they replaced ball joints and wheel bearings surelly they would have caught a bad locking hub / s when they had the front end apart.

Could be a sticking caliper or flexible brake hose.
