What is the preferred way to remove the right rear trim in order to get to the sub amp/tuner in a 95' EB with premium audio? I need to wire in an FM modulator for the Delphi Skyfi reciever. Will I need an antenna adapter for this thing? Also, does anyone have any suggestions on how to wire this modulator and where to mount the modulator itself?

Thanks to all!

You need a T-50 torx driver. Use it to remove the rear passenger seat belt then use a phillip screw driver and take the coat hanger out. Then take the carpet around the wheel well out and unscrew 2 or 3 screws that are screwed onto the floor. Pop the trim at the lower liftgate opening. Then use trim remover to take the little tabs out. Then the trim is ready for you to take out. Good luck!!

Thanks 96'!

I was able to remove the trim without a problem. I ended up running two antenna extender cables from the amp/tuner back to the front of the vehicle and mounted the FM modulator to the back of the glove box. The power and audio cables for the XM tuner were ran through the center console to the compartment where the CD changer is located. It looks completely stock except for the XM antenna but that can be hidden in the center console when not in use.

This was fun. I know now what I have been missing by not doing my own installations.

Thanks again.
