96 4.0 BBK header gasket and bolts part#

In the process of picking up a set and having trouble finding the gaskets and bolts as the seller does not have the header bolts. Also would like to know if they make a gasket for the y-pipe to cat. Unrelated if anyone happens to know what fitting is needed to get an autometer sender to work in the stock location of the oil sender that would also be helpful. thanks in advanced.

The bolts that go into the head should be a 8mm x 1.25. Cant remember the length, probably around 30-35mm long.

Dont use the gaskets BBK give you...they suck. Get felpro exhaust manifold gaskets from your local parts store.

As far as the cat flange gasket, you might run into problems. I have a set BBK's I bought for my '95 ranger and it came with the 90-94 cat flange on it even though it was listed for a 95+. I had to use a spare y-pipe from the junkyard (didnt want to cut up the one on the vehicle in case it didnt work) and cut the flange off and pie cut the new y-pipe together to fit and welded her up. Just go to your local autoparts store and get the gasket...Should be around $5 bucks.
