96 explorer heater issues.. ?? HAAAALLLEEEPP!!!

This started like 4 months ago. My heater bypass valve. under the hood with 4 hoses and vacuum line to it, exploded. Put a new one in and ever since then my heater didn't work. Noticed it was leaking coolant at the valve. Just replaced it again and the heater still doesnt work.
The vacuum line looks like its opening it up. The engine is most definitely hot enough. This is one thing i just cant seem to figure out. HELLLPP!!!

Anytime I've had a no heat situation, its either been low coolant, bad t-stat, bad or plugged heater core. Are your hoses into, and out of the heater core both hot?
