I had a problem with 96 explorer limited left headlight only working on highbeam, it turned out to be lampout module which I fixed and a few days later problem is back only this time lampout module looks fine(solder still ok)
Need ideas about what else to check, swapped out headlight bulbs and left one works on right side only none of them work on left side

how did you know it was your LO module the first time? Reason I ask is I assume you check for voltage out...right??? While I would suggest you check again and if it is there, check a little further... potentially a connector problem either just back of the module or possibly at the head light. As discussed, IIRC, the LO module feeds each side separately so I think it is still your best bet especially since you are already playing in that "sandbox".

PS. It is basically a "home run" from the LO to your left lo light except...:-) for a connector on the front driver side wheel well.... so if voltage is going out of you LO module it has got to appear at the headlight.

PPS. you could also have a cold solder joint... visually hard to see but electrically especially at low voltage an open circuit.

Checked voltage at headlight and there is none, not really sure how to check for power at the module- need help there , a diagram would be helpful also

I guess I am not sure what you fixed at your LO module without some diagram / voltage test????? Anyways, should have 12v on pin 11 (DB/W?). If it ain't there, that's why it ain't getting to your left light.... power comes in on pin 1 (W/LG?)
