I need advice. My '96 LTD has had many problems in the one year i've had it. first i discovered the sway bar hanging disattached under the car, that fixed, i then noticed extreme wear on the inside of the front tires as if the wheels were leaning in/not level. I paid for ball joints, new front tires, & related repairs to the tune of about $1000. Three 1/2 months later, the front tires are worn nearly as badly as before. What should i do this time?
i called the shop that did the repairs. they want me to bring it in, but i think it would be foolish to believe in their assessment at this point. much appreciate any help!

Did the shop remember to properly align your LTD after they replaced all those front end parts??? I would doubt it. I'd bring it back to the shop, have them replace the tires and realign you explorer, to specs, on them.

HI from Australia
I have a 97xlt and i allways had a problem with wearing out the inside front tyres until i had addjuster fitted to the top of the upper wish bones.
