I have a 97 Explorer that is having an intermittent cold start problem. The vehicle will turn over just fine, but simply won't start. I have checked the fuel pressure at the rail, and it seems good. When the vehicle finally does start, it runs completely fine. (no rough idles, no MILs, etc). I'm thinking something electrical is probably wrong, like a module, or coil packs. Any thoughts?

Check, clean and/or replace the idle air control unit.
