97 Transmission to a 94.

My question is quite simple I think. I have a 94 Explorer with a bad transmission, I am wandering if I can install a 97 Explorer trans in its place. Thank you for your replies in advance.

They were talking a direct bolt in , So NO it still wont work , trans shift points are Controlled
