98 explorer p0174

about a month ago i replaced the o2 sensor on bank 2 sensor 1 dont remeber what the code was but the first suggestion was the o2, and about 2 weeks later p0174 popped up, what other possiblites are there? i feel if the fuel filter, maf, or vacuum leak, it would throw both p0171 and p0174? not sure, figured the fuel filter is cheap to do an, i recently did spark plugs but bank 2 was the easy side but maybe i messed it up some how?
and its having problems with cold starts, its bout 20 degrees in reno lately which is cold for reno lol,not like Nebraska where im from lol

p0174 usually indicates an intake plenum gasket leak. Each runner has its own o-ring, so it doesn't necessarily throw both p0171 and p0174.
