Ok I searched and found problems close but not exact thing. I replaced the spark plugs and it started idleing rough. I'm thinking it is because of the fuel cleaner I ran through it anyways some here say it is the iac valve I took it off and cleaned it the best that I could and it ran a little better. But that isn't what is strange.
When I start it it shoots up to 1500 rpms. It goes back down to 900 but it does it slow and stops as it goes down driving is fine but sometimes slowing down it doesn't drop rpms. Bad iac or something else? The rpms sticking has been there a while but got worse when I replaced the plugs. Head gasket and air intake seals are all new with no leaks. No vacume leaks.
4.0 V6 sohc 202,000 miles.
