I have a 1999 Mazda B3000 4x2 troy lee edition, with the 3.0 5spd manual, i have after market exhaust and intake, and have no problem with acceleration, the problem i have, is it cuts out at 90, which can be done in 4th gear. How do I go about removing this?

It can only be done via the computer, and you'll need a tuner to do it.

do u recommend any brand? and whats a decent price on one, ive look at the Jet programmer. but debating before spending that kind of money

and what about the JET performance module???

I personally have a SCT X-Calibrator, and I like it very much. But if all you're going to be doing is reprogramming your speed limiter for an occasional top speed blast, then spending a bunch of $ on an X-Cal might not worth it.

I've never dealt with a performance chip so I don't know a whole bunch about them, but if you can get them to burn you a chip that addresses just the speed limiter, then a chip would certainly be the way to go for you.

I have a Superchips #1815 ,I got off Craigslist for 200.00.It tunes up my 3.0 and kills the speed limitor.
