99 explorer keyless entry

i bought my truck used and the dealer didn't have the keyless entry remotes. how do i check to see if my truck has this option? and has anyone had an experince buy the remotes off ebay? i don't feel like spending an arm and a leg at the dealer.

The Ebay remotes work good! 2 for about 30 bucks, can't beat it.
1. You can call your local dealer, parts department. They should be able to tell based on a VIN #
2. You can follow those easy steps to find out
