99 Explorer limited v8 AWD squealing while moving

It just rained where i live and i had to negotiate a lot of standing water. Now I hear a squealing noise while the truck is moving and the sound is the same loudness until the truck comes to a complete stop. Please help if you have any ideas.

Does it sound like a belt squeal? Your tensioner could be going making the belt slip when it gets wet. Or does it sound like a wheel/hub/brake squeal?

It only makes the noise while the vehicle is moving. The sound is the same from when the car starts rolling until it comes to a stop so I don't think it is a belt. I am wondering if all the water I drove through cleaned some grease from a moving part.
