99 Explorer Sport NO POWER

My wife drives this car and the other day she was on her way to work and said she just lost all power and could not get over 30 mph going down here and couldnt get over 15 going up here. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what did you do to fix it? I need help. Thanks.

Any codes?

If the "check engine" came on then I would start with reading the diagnostic trouble codes.

If no CEL, then I would suspect low fuel pressure. Has it been more than 30,000 miles since the fuel filter was replaced? If so, I would replace it and add a bottle of fuel injector cleaner.
