99 explorer tons of crap wrong need help

Where to start. The driver window goes down but comes off the track when you try to go up. The passenger door wont let you out you have to roll the window down to get out. The fob stoped working and so did the electric locks. Now the theft light is going stupid and wont let me start it. Help help help

The window going down and coming off the track is most likely one of the clips coming off the track.

The passenger door is probably an interior handle issue.

The theft light is a PATS issue. Do you have more than one key?

You need to tackle these one at a time, and go into detail on each including what attempts you have made to troubleshoot it.

I figured them all out except the passenger door thanks guys. Idk why it wont let you open it at all

The hatches on the outside (on both doors) each have a little spring inside, that likes to break. When that happens a rod inside the door doesn't get pulled up into the proper position and then blocks the electric actuator from opening the door. It should then still open manually with the inside handle though.
If the manual/ mechanical handle inside doesn't open the door, then I'd guess you could most likely have a problem with the lock mechanism itself, unless of course both handles are just loose and floppy and the mechanical rods and levers inside the door are disconnected or broken somewhere.
